Steps to import multiple posts to Wordpress with the use of Excel, Word and Ultimate CSV Importer Free Step 1 Find the content you would like to upload from your social media profile or anywhere else. Step 2 Use Microsoft Word, open existing word file : ‘word_to_html_source.docx’, delete previous content (if any), copy and edit your new content (paragraphs, spaces, bold or italic words) and save the file. Step 3 Open excel file ‘wordpress_database_schema.xlsm’ and press the button ‘Add <div> to word file’. This will create a new file : ‘word_to_html_target.docx’. Woocommerce – Compare different sheets and then Add New or Update Existing Products from CSV files

1) Add products from sheet WORDPRESS to your eShop, with a csv file. 2) Check if products are OK. 3) Now there are again updates (variations) for new and existing products. Compare products between excel sheets WORDPRESS and SAP, and find the new ones from sheet SAP that you need to add again to your eShop. How to reset your plugins in WordPress

Μαζική καταχώρηση / ενημέρωση προϊόντων Woocommerce

Και μόλις τελειώνει το eshop σε πλατφόρμα wordpress/woocommerce, αρχίζει το βάσανο της αρχικής καταχώρησης και της περιοδικής ενημέρωσης των προϊόντων. Και εκεί το ηθικό της ομάδας υποστήριξης του eshop πέφτει γιατί παίρνει πολύ χρόνο και δεν γίνεται όπως πρέπει. Γι’ αυτό λοιπόν και εμείς φτιάξαμε μια γρήγορη τοπική εφαρμογή για υπολογιστές με λειτουργικό windows που κάνει τα πράγματα πιο απλά. Βήματα 1) Συμπληρώνετε στο αρχείο προϊόντων της εφαρμογής, όλες τις απαραίτητες πληροφορίες με copy/paste τις περισσότερες φορές, 2) πατάτε ένα κουμπί για την αυτόματη δημιουργία του αρχείου excel με τους κωδικούς προϊόντων που θέλετε να καταχωρήσετε/ενημερώσετε στο eshop σας και 3) Σώζετε (save as) ως csv το αρχείο excel που έχει δημιουργηθεί αυτόματα και κάνετε import το νέο αρχείο csv που έχει δημιουργηθεί στο wordpress/woocommerce. Μπορούμε τέλος να έχουμε στο ίδιο αρχείο προϊόντων και πρόσθετα πεδία (π.χ. barcode, κωδικός προμηθευτή, κωδικός τιμολόγησης) για τη σύνδεση και με τα άλλα τμήματα…
