Στόχος είναι να κινούνται τα δάκτυλα, οι καρποί και οι πήχεις χωρίς έντονη διάταση ή πόνο. ✋ Ρουτίνα 5 λεπτών 1. Άνοιγμα–κλείσιμο δακτύλων — 30″Άνοιξε τα δάκτυλα όσο άνετα γίνεται, κράτησε 2–3″ και μετά κλείσε απαλά τη γροθιά. Κάνε 10 επαναλήψεις. 2. «Πιάνο» με τα δάκτυλα — 30″Ακούμπησε το χέρι σε ένα τραπέζι και σήκωνε διαδοχικά αντίχειρα → δείκτη → μέσο → παράμεσο → μικρό. Μετά αντίστροφα. 5 κύκλοι ανά χέρι. 3. Αντίχειρας σε κάθε δάκτυλο — 30″Άγγιξε με τον αντίχειρα διαδοχικά την άκρη κάθε δακτύλου, σχηματίζοντας ένα μικρό «Ο». Κάνε 5 κύκλους ανά χέρι. 4.
